Pauline Rocco
Principal Designer
Pauline is a Sarasota native and a graduate of The New York School of Art and Design. Impassioned from a young age by her late mother, Pauline Schultz, to create beautiful spaces, she began her career as an Interior Designer in 1999 with Winterrowd Design Group. Her experience includes designing intimate spaces, home remodels, and new construction. Pauline has been a part of the growth of Sarasota, Florida, with many Speculative Homes, Custom Homes, and High Rise Condominiums. With an emphasis on her client's vision and over two decades of experience, Pauline can bring her client's ideas to life. A blend of skillful interior design, communication, and trust has built her lasting professional relationships. Pauline has the unique ability to really and truly connect with her clients and give every one of them the personal attention they deserve. Her confident yet warm and inviting personality plays a significant role in her success as an Interior Designer. Pauline attributes her success to her mother and her greatest accomplishments, her daughters Olivia and Sarah Winterrowd. In entering a new chapter of her life Pauline and her husband, Dan Rocco, both Florida Realtors, have created Rocco Design Associates and Rocco Luxury Lifestyles. They look forward to this new journey not only together but with you as well.
